At Pick True Fresh, we prioritize delivering high-quality groceries and ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and dependable. Please review our Cancellation and Exchange Policy below:
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched.
- Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel an eligible order, please contact our support team promptly at support@picktruefresh.co.tz or call [Insert Phone Number].
Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, but we gladly accept exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, our team will arrange a replacement delivery at no extra cost.
Exceptions
Certain perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy, and meat may not be eligible for exchange due to food safety policies, unless delivered in compromised condition. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
